Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Refund or Exchange:

  • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it for eligibility.

Return Shipping:

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. wrong item sent).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Provide clear photos of the damage or defect along with your order details, and we'll be happy to assist you.
