What payment methods do we accept?

Can I modify my order?

You made a mistake putting in wrong information? Please send us a mail to support@prettycutelabel.com with the changes and we will get to it.

Please indicate your order number, mail and full name.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we can refund you back the amount and cancel it. However if your order is already on it’s way you will have to receive it and return it regularly through this form.

How long is standard delivery time?

Your order will be processed and send out within 5 week days. As soon as your order was dispatched you will receive an E-mail containing a tracking number.

Why haven’t I received a confirmation mail?

Check the spam file, the conformation mail might be there. If you can’t find it please contact support@prettycutelabel.com.

How many discount codes can I use on one order?

You can only use one discount code for your order, also discounts can’t be applied to products on sale.
